Village Terrace Apartments

Village Terrace is a 32-unit building located in the heart of Westwood Village. The property was built in 1989 and purchased by the University. Individual units were resold to faculty. The University repurchased units from faculty and now owns a total of 28 units, which are managed by University Apartments and rented to faculty.
