Palm Court Apartments

Palm Court is one of seven buildings in the new Weyburn Terrace Housing Complex, and is the only one of the buildings located south of Weyburn Drive. Development of the southwest campus site began in 2003 and was completed in May 2005. Weyburn Terrace Phase I is a Mediterranean-style apartment complex consisting of 840 furnished and unfurnished studios, two-bedroom/two-bath apartments, and two-bedroom/two-bath townhouses.
