Cypress Court Apartments

Development of the Southwest campus site began in 2003 and was completed in May 2005. Weyburn Terrace Phase I is a Mediterranean-style apartment complex consisting of 840 furnished studios, two-bedroom/two-bath apartments, and two-bedroom/two-bath townhouses. Each apartment building has a uniquely landscaped courtyard, a common study lounge, a common laundry facility, covered parking and is handicapped accessible.
