Glenrock Apartments

The University purchased this property in 1980. Both previously existiing buildings, 558 and 564 Glenrock Avenue, were demolished and redeveloped beginning in January 2013. The newly created building is 558 Glenrock. This new LEED certified, modern undergraduate apartment complex will consist of 171 beds in 48 apartment units with gated parking, featuring two-bedroom and one-bedroom units.
